Q. Can I click and collect books?

Answer

You can request items that are not available electronically via Library Search. Please wait for a confirmation email and follow the instructions in the email to book your slot for collection. Books can be collected at either Marylebone or Harrow campus. You can place 5 requests at a time and the borrowing limit is 40 items. Please note: we are not accepting returns and any items borrowed will count against your 40 item quota, so please bear this in mind before placing a request. We aim to have requests ready within 7 days of the request being placed, but in some cases it can take longer.
